My experience with Oxygen Concentrator machine was great. Especially with Muneer who solved my problem in a few minutes. My conentrarator was not showing more than 81/82. I am 73 years old and I was getting depressed. He immediately told me to use directly without using through my Bipap machine when it's not connected. I did it and immediately got my result. Hi,My mother in law using the oxygen concentrator for more than 3 years now and it was all working fine till last month, it started beeping and Alston working after 5 mins. Called couple of service centre and cost of repair was high (around 24k). I got in touch with this Service Center.The person calmly explained the reason for the issue and what needs to have done. He infact showed where the issue was and able to rectify the machine within 2 days and also provided temporary replacement machine. I'm writing this review after 6 months of purchasing a used philips oxygen concentrator from Muneer.1) Muneer is a very genuine person and his expertise on this is quite high.2) He sold me a good quality machine and advised me many times in detail over phone on the technical aspects of this.3) Very fluent in English and good at communicating. Had a very pleasant and good experience working with Muneer and his team. Had an issue with my oxygen concentrator and died a Google search and contacted Muneer. Initially, I was hesitant if my oxygen concentrator could be fixed or not as the dealer from whom I had bought had told me that it cannot be fixed. Muneer walked me through the different types of issues that may cause the oxygen concentrator to fail. He gave an overview of how the industry works and how dealers are exploiting the situation of patients who are reliant on using oxygen concentrators. He arranged to pick up the concentrator from my home once I decided to get it fixed. His team was very punctual in picking up the concentrator on time. He provided videos of what exactly will be fixed and also provided videos of the testing of the concentrator showing the purity of oxygen after it was fixed. His team was able to fix the issue in just one day. Then he arranged to deliver the concentrator back home and provided a video demonstrating how to effectively use it and maintain it. This is an excellent place to get your O2 Concentrator Machine repaired or serviced. The owner of this business is Mr Muneer and he has a very deep understanding of his job. I had bought a Jumao OCM (China-made) in 2021 that was unused for the last 2 years. After I took it to him, he explained very clearly that it needs a step-down unit as it only functioned with 120 volts (our Indian plugs are 220-240 volts). After getting it repaired, Mr Muneer also gives instructions via video call and mentioned to me about regular maintenance. In my opinion, you cannot find a better person than him for your OCM repair. You can just blindly trust him. Kudos to you Mr Muneer!!!

Was highly impressed by Munir whom I had contacted regarding the servicing of my home oxygen concentrator. Munir first told me to check whether servicing is needed. He asked me to send the photos of the concentrator and some other readings. He went through them and told that there may not be any need for servicing. In any case, he asked me to keep the machine running for 3 hours and share details about how it behaves after 3 hours. When I contacted him again with details, he concluded that the service is not necessary at this point of time. Not only that, he shared some quick tips about how to maintain the concentrator well. I was very pleasantly surprised to see such a fair and honest business practice where I got serviced without getting charged anything. I have rarely seen such honest business practice. Wish him and his company a great success and may such honest practices flourish.

I was told by the vendor where I originally purchased the oxygen machine that it was working fine, they had run the diagnostics and found no issue. I took the machine back home and as soon as it powered up it died again. I found the oxygen concentrator machine repair and service in online and read the reviews. I sent them the machine and the next day they gave me an estimate. Within 2 days I had the machine back. It was packed very well. I plugged it in and it stayed powered up, off to a good start. When I used it that night it was extremely quiet and the leak I had been fighting for 2 years was miraculously non existent. A week later all is good, still no leak and it remains powered up and quiet. Extremely pleased with the repair, highly recommend...

Hi,My mother in law using the oxygen concentrator for more than 3 years now and it was all working fine till last month, it started beeping and Alston working after 5 mins. Called couple of service centre and cost of repair was high (around 24k). I got in touch with this Service Center.The person calmly explained the reason for the issue and what needs to have done. He infact showed where the issue was and able to rectify the machine within 2 days and also provided temporary replacement machine. I'm writing this review after 6 months of purchasing a used philips oxygen concentrator from Muneer.1) Muneer is a very genuine person and his expertise on this is quite high.2) He sold me a good quality machine and advised me many times in detail over phone on the technical aspects of this.3) Very fluent in English and good at communicating. And quite friendly.4) He doesn't unnecessarily charge you for small small things.I purposefully delayed this review to see how his machine fares and how his service is. Go ahead and connect with him. Had a very pleasant and good experience working with Muneer and his team. Had an issue with my oxygen concentrator and died a Google search and contacted Muneer. Initially, I was hesitant if my oxygen concentrator could be fixed or not as the dealer from whom I had bought had told me that it cannot be fixed. Muneer walked me through the different types of issues that may cause the oxygen concentrator to fail. He gave an overview of how the industry works and how dealers are exploiting the situation of patients who are reliant on using oxygen concentrators. He arranged to pick up the concentrator from my home once I decided to get it fixed. His team was very punctual in picking up the concentrator on time. He provided videos of what exactly will be fixed and also provided videos of the testing of the concentrator showing the purity of oxygen after it was fixed. His team was able to fix the issue in just one day. Then he arranged to deliver the concentrator back home and provided a video demonstrating how to effectively use it and maintain it. Would highly recommend Muneer and his company for any oxygen concentrator related work. Thank you Muneer for educating me more about the oxygen concentrators and how to efficiently use them. This is an excellent place to get your O2 Concentrator Machine repaired or serviced. The owner of this business is Mr Muneer and he has a very deep understanding of his job. I had bought a Jumao OCM (China-made) in 2021 that was unused for the last 2 years. After I took it to him, he explained very clearly that it needs a step-down unit as it only functioned with 120 volts (our Indian plugs are 220-240 volts). After getting it repaired, Mr Muneer also gives instructions via video call and mentioned to me about regular maintenance. In my opinion, you cannot find a better person than him for your OCM repair. You can just blindly trust him. Kudos to you Mr Muneer!!!

Was highly impressed by Munir whom I had contacted regarding the servicing of my home oxygen concentrator. Munir first told me to check whether servicing is needed. He asked me to send the photos of the concentrator and some other readings. He went through them and told that there may not be any need for servicing. In any case, he asked me to keep the machine running for 3 hours and share details about how it behaves after 3 hours. When I contacted him again with details, he concluded that the service is not necessary at this point of time. Not only that, he shared some quick tips about how to maintain the concentrator well. I was very pleasantly surprised to see such a fair and honest business practice where I got serviced without getting charged anything. I have rarely seen such honest business practice. Wish him and his company a great success and may such honest practices flourish.

I was told by the vendor where I originally purchased the oxygen machine that it was working fine, they had run the diagnostics and found no issue. I took the machine back home and as soon as it powered up it died again. I found the oxygen concentrator machine repair and service in online and read the reviews. I sent them the machine and the next day they gave me an estimate. Within 2 days I had the machine back. It was packed very well. I plugged it in and it stayed powered up, off to a good start. When I used it that night it was extremely quiet and the leak I had been fighting for 2 years was miraculously non existent. A week later all is good, still no leak and it remains powered up and quiet. Extremely pleased with the repair, highly recommend...
